Obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, at an altitude of 200m, on sility, sandy-marl soil. Harvested by hand. Ruby red colour, with light purple reflections,its bouquet suggets small red fruits and is floral, light and spicy. Soft, enveloping, well structured, persistent, harmonious.

TENUTA CARLINI – Fiorenzuola di Focara
Towards the end of the 1980s Andrea Carlini, then still a student, decided to use an old, vineyard she had inherited a long time before to conduct an experimental study and research into wine. Later, driven by passion and the desire to create a winery, Andrea planted new vineyards using cuttings from ancient vines to produce native grapes. Meanwhile, the charming sloping promontory on the Adriatic where the estate was located was declared the Natural Park of Monte San Bartolo for its biodiversity and superb hilly landscape. The wines produced in this park obtained the coveted recognition of a quality "subzone" DOC of the Colli Pesaresi.
Made with locally grown hand harvested, Sangiovese grapes. Vinification at controlled temperature in steel vates, then medium-seasoned French barriques, with ageing in the bottle. Ruby red in colour with violet reflections, hints of red fruit well integrated with spiced, elegant, fine, woody notes. Consistent, soft, well-structured wine.
Soft pressing with immediate separation from the skins, pure fermentation in a steel tank at a controlled temperature. Subsequent fermentation in the bottle and ageing for at least 24 months with the lees. Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, fine and continuous perlage. Hints of white fruit, very fine and elegant. A beautiful acidity enhances its freshness, full of flavour, intense, delicate and persistent.
