The Biancame grape is grown in extreme soils at 400 m above sea-level with prudent viticultural techniques that exalt in the intense aromas of flowers such as pink lily, cyclamen and fresh notes of mandarin. The taste is all wrapped around an acidity with a salty finish from the particular terroir, which also has developed a potential evolution over the years capable of supporting medium ageing.
Wine made from Chardonnay grapes and aged 24 months in steel vats. Straw yellow colour, crystalline and consistent, with a decisive bouquet with notes of fruity pear and ripe apple, rose, broom, acacia, memories of plum and toasted hazelnuts. The taste is persistent, dry and well balanced.
It maintains all the typicality of the vine. The low yield per hectare and a slightly delayed harvest make it particularly elegant. Notes of peach and exotic fruit are accompanied by hints of chamomile, giving rise to a great complexity and persistence. The taste is intense, warm and soft. The fruity notes are accompanied by a pleasant hint of freshness and a final almond note. Serving temperature 12-14 ° C
